Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES PARTICIPANT’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE "OFFICIAL RULES". ALL REFERENCE TO CURRENCY IN THE OFFICAL RULES IS EXPRESSED IN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD$). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

I. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The “RUTAS” Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 3, 2026 ("Start Date") and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 17, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by dovino 406 overman ln Princeton nc 27569 (the “Sponsor” and “Prize Supplier”). The official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes is the computer of the Sponsor.

II. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-seven (47) United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Michigan) and the District of Columbia, as well as residents of Canada, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (exceptions-must be 19 years of age or older for those that reside in provinces of British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia, and Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon, and states of Alabama and Nebraska) and possess a valid driver license as of the date of entry. Officers, members, directors, representatives and employees of the Sponsor and any of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, dealers, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, participating retailers, advertising / promotion/judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, Compliance Sweepstakes Services, LLC (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, - whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) of such individuals, or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void in Hawaii, Alaska, Michigan, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law, regulation or ordinance.

III. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:

An individual will be deemed a participant ("Participant") in the RUTAS Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") if they are eligible and enter the Sweepstakes via any of the following entry methods:

1) Purchase Sponsor Merchandise: Visit shopdovino.com ("Website") and complete a purchase during the Promotion Period. For every twenty dollars ($20) spent (excluding shipping, handling, and taxes) via an approved transaction, the Participant will receive twenty (20) Sweepstakes entries. Participant will need to provide the following information: first and last name, home address, telephone number, and e-mail address; or,

2) Purchase Merchandise at a Marketing Event: Complete a qualifying product purchase from the Sponsor’s booth at any marketing event held during the Promotion Period by the Sponsor. For every twenty dollars ($20) spent (excluding applicable taxes or other excluded charges), the Participant will receive twenty (20) Sweepstakes entries. Participant will need to provide the following information: first and last name, home address, telephone number, and e-mail address. In the event that a computer tablet or electronic registration system is not available, the Sponsor may provide a manual registration card for purchase and entry into the Sweepstakes; or,

3) Enroll in a Subscription Package: Visit shopdovino.com ("Website") and enroll in an eligible subscription package. The subscription offers various merchandise and Sweepstakes entries as detailed on the Sponsor’s Website. Upon enrolling in the subscription program, the Participant will receive the associated number of Sweepstakes entries. Participant will need to provide the following information: first and last name, home address, telephone number, and e-mail address; or,

4) Loyalty Program: Participants may join the Sponsor’s loyalty program through shopdovino.com, if available, and sign up for an account. Participants may utilize eligible loyalty points to earn Sweepstakes entries. Points may be earned through various qualifying activities as outlined on the Website. The process for redeeming points, including for Sweepstakes entries, will be described on the applicable loyalty program page; or,

5) Via Mail: [AMOE] Participant may enter by hand writing on a 3” x 5” card: “RUTAS Giveaway” Sweepstakes Entry, Participant’s first and last name, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, telephone number, e-mail address, and date of birth.

Insert the card in a standard business-size envelope with a hand written return address (including Participant’s first and last name) and the following mailing address on the front of the envelope:

Each valid mail-in entry will receive twenty (20) Sweepstakes entries. All mail-in entries must include all requested information and follow the format stated above to be considered a valid entry. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted and will be destroyed. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked between October 3, 2026 and October 17, 2026, and must be received by October 17, 2026. Mail-in entries must be original; no photocopies, facsimiles, or reproductions of a mail-in entry will be accepted. Requests for confirmation of receipt of entries will not be acknowledged.

IV. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant consents for the Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer Participant’s name, address, and other information provided for the purpose of administering the RUTAS Giveaway. The information provided in connection with the entry process will be used by Sponsor and Administrator only, in accordance with the Sponsor’s policies, and will not be sold or provided to another company.Participant entry information will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at shopdovino.com.By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any contact information, Participants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

V. INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, storm, or other natural cataclysm, pandemic, health crisis, riot, strike, civil commotion, government regulation, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Any person who supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit any prize won and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer (or any information/material stored therein) relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

VI. PRIZE:

One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded. The Grand Prize winner (“Prize Winner”) will receive the following prize:

One (1) 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4, with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $25,000.

The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $25,000.

The vehicle will be awarded in its current condition. The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any title fees, vehicle registration fees, license fees, applicable federal, state, and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, transportation, and any other fees or expenses associated with the receipt, registration, possession, and use of the prize vehicle.The Prize Winner is responsible for determining and complying with any applicable vehicle registration, inspection, safety, or emissions requirements in the Prize Winner’s state or jurisdiction.The Grand Prize Winner must provide proof of valid insurance and a valid driver’s license, as applicable, to take delivery of the vehicle. The Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of the vehicle at the location designated by Sponsor within thirty (30) days of being notified and completing all required prize documentation.Any costs or expenses associated with traveling to or transporting the vehicle from the designated pickup location are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner unless otherwise expressly provided by Sponsor.The Prize Winner may be required to execute and return applicable eligibility, liability, tax, and/or publicity documentation before the Grand Prize is released.The maximum total prize value is $25,000.

VII. WINNER SELECTION: The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing on or about November 20, 2026, by the Compliance Sweepstake Services, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and not subject to challenge and/or appeal in all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the random drawing. Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. Upon initial notification and verification of the potential Prize Winner, confirmation will be sent to the Prize Winner via email, or other home delivery service of Sponsor’s choice.

VIII. PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. The Prize Winner will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, applicable IRS Form W-9, and provide proof of identity (collectively, the “Prize Acceptance Release”). The required documents must be completed and returned within seven (7) days of written notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected, time permitting.

If the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if the potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, if the potential winner fails to return the required documents within the specified time period, or if the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such person will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

To claim the prize, the Prize Winner will be required to provide their correct full legal name, mailing address, date of birth, telephone number and/or e-mail address, and proof of identification. The Prize Acceptance Release and proof of identification are subject to verification by the Sponsor. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

The Sponsor and Released Parties have not made any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to the prize awarded and specifically disclaim all such warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, either express or implied.

The prize may not be sold, traded, commissioned, exchanged, or transferred prior to being awarded, except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change. There are no substitutions except as determined by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The Sponsor and Released Parties are not responsible or liable for damages resulting from transportation, delivery, loss, use, or misuse of the prize awarded in this Sweepstakes.

The Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes and any other fees or costs associated with receiving, registering, owning, transporting, or using the prize. The stated Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is based on information available to the Sponsor. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize at the time it is awarded will not be paid or otherwise awarded to the Prize Winner.

The Grand Prize has a stated ARV of $25,000. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide the Sponsor with a valid Social Security number or other taxpayer identification information required by law before the prize is awarded for applicable tax-reporting purposes. The Sponsor will report the value of the prize and issue any applicable tax forms, including an IRS Form 1099, as required by law. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded.

The Prize Winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes permission, except where prohibited by law, for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state of residence for public relations, advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes related to the RUTAS Giveaway, in any form of media now known or later developed, without additional notice, consent, review, approval, or compensation.

The Prize Winner understands and agrees that the presentation, pickup, and/or award ceremony for the prize may be photographed and/or recorded. Except where prohibited by law, rights to photographs and recordings created by or on behalf of the Sponsor in connection with the prize presentation will belong to the Sponsor and may be used for advertising, promotional, social media, and other lawful purposes at the Sponsor’s discretion without additional compensation to the Prize Winner.

IX. MODIFICATION: In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. If for any reason Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is no longer capable of running as intended by these Official Rules for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend, postpone, delay or modify the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, including, but not limited to, any occurrences described in section V above, or any other causes which may corrupt or impair the integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor determines that more prize claims are submitted or more prize notices are distributed than the number of prizes offered in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. For example, Sponsor may select a winner in a random drawing from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment or conducted a random drawing among all prize claimants, and neither Sponsor nor any of the Released Parties shall have any further liability to any Participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.

 

X. RELEASES: All Participants, as a condition of participation in this Sweepstakes, agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor and Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: (a) accessing the Sponsor's Website; (b) participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any prize or Sweepstakes-related activity, including, without limitation, any injury, damage, death, loss or accident to person or property; (c) the receipt, ownership, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded; (d) viruses or any downloading or other problems with the Sweepstakes Application, or; (e) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize, except for any express manufacturer's warranty as may be included with the prize. Prize Winner bears all liability and risk of loss or damage to his/her respective prize after it has been delivered.

XI. GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES:

By participating in the RUTAS Giveaway, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Sponsor’s Website Terms of Use (if any and if applicable to the Participant’s method of participating), and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Except where prohibited by law, Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in an appropriate federal or state court located in or having jurisdiction over Johnston County, North Carolina; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event shall such awards include attorneys’ fees, except where otherwise required by applicable law; and (3) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Participant waives the right to claim indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participants, Sponsor, or Released Parties in connection with the RUTAS Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would result in the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of North Carolina.

 

XVI. MISCELLANEOUS:

The names of individuals, groups, companies, products, and services mentioned in these Official Rules, and any corresponding names, likenesses, logos, trademarks, or images, are used for identification purposes only and may be the copyrighted property or trademarks of their respective owners. The mention of any individual, group, company, brand, manufacturer, product, or service, or the inclusion of any product or service as a prize in the RUTAS Giveaway, does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, association, or endorsement by such individual, group, company, brand, manufacturer, or distributor unless expressly stated otherwise. No such sponsorship, affiliation, association, or endorsement should be inferred. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or any Prize Acceptance Release will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Release is determined to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect and will be interpreted as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision were not included. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that term or provision.

To the extent there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any Sweepstakes-related information appearing elsewhere, including advertising, promotional materials, social media posts, Sponsor’s Website, terms of use, or other communications, these Official Rules will govern and control.

VEHICLE MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMER:

The RUTAS Giveaway is independently operated by the Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with General Motors LLC, Chevrolet, or any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, representatives, officers, directors, agents, or employees.

The use of the Chevrolet name, Silverado name, trademarks, logos, vehicle images, or other identifying information is solely for the purpose of identifying and describing the Grand Prize. General Motors LLC and Chevrolet have no responsibility or liability for the administration, operation, advertising, or promotion of this Sweepstakes or for any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Grand Prize.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER:

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube, Google, Apple, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, or any other social media or third-party platform on which the Sweepstakes may be advertised or promoted.

By participating, Participants acknowledge that these platforms are not responsible for the administration of the RUTAS Giveaway or the selection or awarding of the Grand Prize. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, such platforms will have no liability or responsibility for claims arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the RUTAS Giveaway should be directed to the Sponsor and not to any vehicle manufacturer, social media platform, or other unaffiliated third party.
